Terms & Privacy

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided by Julia Haase (Elisa Bernschein Wellness Massages), hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", offered at her premises at Corinthstraße 46, 10245 Berlin.

1.2 Deviating regulations, amendments or side agreements require the written consent of the Provider.

1.3 The Provider uses the platform Treatwell (treatwell.de) for appointment scheduling and partially for payment processing. For appointments booked via Treatwell, their terms of use and privacy policy apply additionally.

2.1 The Provider offers various massage services including, but not limited to, wellness massages, deep tissue massages and hand massages.

2.2 The range of services may be expanded or modified at the Provider's discretion. Clients will be informed of changes in a timely manner.

2.3 Services are provided at the Provider's premises; mobile massages are discussed and arranged separately.

2.4 Before the massage, a digital health questionnaire must be completed, which is provided via Treatwell for online bookings. The information in the form is used exclusively to tailor the treatment and to rule out possible contraindications.

3.1 Appointments can be requested in person via the contact form on the website elisa-bernschein.com, by phone, or through external booking platforms such as treatwell.de.

3.2 A binding appointment is established once the Provider confirms the appointment in writing, verbally, or automatically via Treatwell.

3.3 For bookings via Treatwell, the platform's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply additionally. Changes and cancellations must be made through the same platform.

4.1 Payment is due after the service has been provided, either on-site in cash, via a booking platform, or by invoice.

4.1a When booked via Treatwell, payment can be made directly through the platform. Alternatively, cash payment on-site is possible if accepted by the Provider.

4.2 Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

4.3 In the event of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to charge default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the respective base interest rate.

6.1 The Provider offers subscriptions in the form of packages. Pricing details can be found in the Prices section.

6.2 Clients will be informed in a timely manner about further subscription offers and their conditions.

7.1 The Provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. The Provider assumes no liability for health risks that the client conceals or fails to adequately disclose.

7.1a The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided in the digital health questionnaire.

7.2 Disclaimer: Massages are not a medical treatment and do not replace medical advice or therapy. The Provider assumes no liability for health complaints or risks that the client did not disclose before the massage.

7.3 Client responsibility: The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and confirms that they are physically able to receive the offered massages without health risks.

9.1 Gift certificates can be purchased directly from the Provider. Cash redemption or refund is excluded.

9.2 Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

9.3 Gift certificates can be redeemed via Treatwell. Appointment booking must be made through the Treatwell platform.
